This week is the last one working at my current job. After Friday, I’ll be heading home for the holidays – and be on the train to London faster than I can say it (I won’t share a tear, I promise).
I have been enjoying these past eight months so much it is now pretty weird/sad to realize I’m leaving (Ok, I might share a tear actually).
But it is soon time for a new adventure and THOUSANDS of posts in brand new locations. Au revoir green bins and annoyingly eye-catching street signs, hello red buses and typically English “look left” writings.
(I apologize in advance for turning into such a tourist cliché during my first weeks in the UK. I swear it won’t last long.)
However, I will miss Paris very much. And will come back often to fill my suitcase with fromages, wine and baguettes (I said being a tourist cliché won’t last. Being a French cliché, on the contrary, might stick to my skin a little bit longer).
